Exercise Fitness - By The Month

Pierce Extension offers an ongoing monthly exercise program. One low monthly fee allows you to attend weekly workouts in the AM or in the PM for the entire month. Schedules and descriptions are listed below. Attend each week and see how good you will feel and look!

Gail Pearson has had a career as a professional dancer and dance teacher in NYC, Las Vegas and LA. Gail is the 1993 Palm Springs Masters Bodybuilding Champion and the 1996 NPC National Masters Middleweight Champion. As a personal trainer and competitor she is well versed in nutrition and weight control.

A - FITNESS BALLET

Low impact aerobics to improve your cardio-vascular system with specialized exercises for stomachs, hips and thighs to streamline the body for greater strength and endurance all done to invigorating music.

B - ECLECTIC FITNESS

A combination of dance, calisthenics, aerobics, stretch, weights,  and then some, this class will be just what you are looking for.  It fits all your needs.  Your body will be worked evenly and thoroughly resulting in a fitter, stronger and healthier  you.  It's like having your own personal trainer with a much smaller dent in your wallet.
